Recognized for his extensive project portfolio across various asset classes spanning five continents, he combines technical expertise with a passion for urban design and placemaking, crafting solutions tailored to each project’s unique context.

Oliver collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams—forward-thinking design studios, architects, and planners—to deliver foundational studies and recommendations rooted in economic modeling, feasibility assessments, stakeholder engagement, evolving trends, and global best practices. His work supports masterplanning, design concepts, and policy initiatives, empowering clients with insights for sustainable, actionable decision-making. While Oliver’s practice primarily focuses on early-phase consulting and advisory, he brings value across the entire development lifecycle, from visioning and concept creation to repositioning and redevelopment.

Previously, Oliver served as VP of Planning & Placemaking at Colliers International, where he spearheaded sales, business development, strategy, and partnership, unlocking new opportunities across internal business lines and with world-class architects. Earlier in his career, Oliver honed his expertise as a retail strategist at Thomas Consultants Inc. (now part of Deloitte), working on flagship projects around the globe. This experience gave him an intrinsic understanding of the role of retail in placemaking and destination creation, a foundation he continues to leverage today.
